Job Requisition ID #23WD71476Position OverviewAs the Senior Customer Retention Programs Manager for Autodesk Construction Solutions, you will help us increase customer retention and expansion within the Autodesk Construction Cloud. Reporting to the Director of Renewals, you will create and execute strategic programs that maximize customer retention and foster growth. You will be responsible for identify areas for process improvement and contributing to the evolution of best practices in customer retention and expansion programs. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate, influence strategy, and lead projects that directly improve customer satisfaction and business growth. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement impactful customer retention programs that help us increase adoption in important customer cohortsBuild relationships with company partners, including senior leadership, to gain support and secure necessary resources for program executionWork with different teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure agreement and coordination in implementing customer retention programs Establish metrics, track program performance, and analyze data to help us measure the effectiveness of customer retention programs. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results Use customer feedback, research, and industry trends to inform program development and identify opportunities for retaining and expanding our customersLead teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of our customer retention programs within established timelines and budgetary constraintsMinimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in customer retention or customer success roles, with a focus on program management and strategy developmentFamiliarity with the construction industry is a bonus Experience leading teams to achieve common goalsAnalyze complex problems and develop solutions that increase customer retention and expansion Experience with expressing ideas, influencing partners, and building relationships at all levels of the organization Experience using data to measure program performance, obtain insights, and make informed decisions Experience with understanding customer needs and driving projects to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltySalesforce.com proficiency: Proficiency in using SFDC reporting to identify retention opportunities, and monitor customer renewal ratesThis role is remote friendlyAbout Autodesk Construction Solutions Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling company/ies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
