Job Requisition ID #23WD71548Position Overview We are looking for a Global Contingent Workforce Specialist to supporting our Contingent Workforce Program and make recommendations for enhancement. Our automated program is currently operating in the US, Canada, and India. We are evaluating expansion of the program into EMEA and LATAM. This role needs to be flexible and support day to day operations of our existing program, assessing the current state of the expansion areas, and formulating a future state solution.ResponsibilitiesOversee our UK supplier for IR35 compliance servicesAnalyze the current state of the program which covers 26 different countries and recommend the best model to support the region and drive the change communication necessary for program adoptionManage the day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program in the EMEA region, and other areas as neededDrive program support and adoption by utilizing your extensive knowledge in the contingent workforce spaceProvide guidance to internal stakeholders and staffing suppliers on our policy and processes to ensure program compliance and utilizationProvide guidance and support to engagement managers to develop a recruiting plan focused on quality contingent talent through the engagement of the preferred staffing suppliersWork closely with engagement managers to understand business challenges/needs to help inform decision making Gather and analyze data to ensure a program of continuous improvementUnderstand and advise on the various types of contingent workers and which would be the most advantageous based upon each manager’s needs, budget, and timeline Be the single point of contact for both Autodesk engagement managers and staffing suppliers and become a trusted partner to allConduct manager training sessions customizing the content as needed for the audienceWork with our current preferred suppliers to negotiate the most appropriate and beneficial terms, and make recommendations as to potential preferred suppliers in the various countriesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in contingent workforce programs with increasing responsibilitiesExperience selecting and overseeing temporary staffing suppliersKnowledge of and experience with different contingent workforce models including Master Vendor and MSP, with the utilization of various VMS platformsKnowledge of industry standards and practices related to contingent workers in the EMEA regionUnderstanding of UK IR35 legislation and how to oversee our supplier to ensure complianceAbility to quickly pivot and re-prioritize based upon the urgency of the business needs which may changeMeticulous attention to detail Strong data analytics skills#LI-POST#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
