Job Requisition ID #23WD70597Position Overview Provide support to the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) Sales Operations team by developing and standardizing our reporting framework. Put your drawing insights to work that improve growth and increase efficiencies across all levels of our global sales organization. Perform in-depth performance analysis to make business recommendations to senior sales leadership. You will report to the Director Sales and Revenue Operations. This role is full-time hybrid remote. #LI-HYBRID Responsibilities Work directly with Sales Leadership to provide sales analytics including sales performance, activity, and pipeline analysisMaintain operational reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools to monitor the health of the businessIdentify issues and perform detailed root cause analysisMonitor data integrity and implement opportunities to improve data cleanlinessSupport ad-hoc reporting with a focus on building repeatable processesProduce data metrics and presentations for sales business reviewsContribute to fiscal year planning to provide insights and sales optimizationCollaborate with Finance, Marketing Operations, and other teams to ensure data integrity and reporting standards Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Analytics or Business Operations experienceAssess data and provide specific insights and business recommendationsExperience in the analysis, design and implementation of reports and dashboardsKnowledge of Salesforce applications and reportingProficient with Business Intelligence Tools (BI): Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.Experience collaborating with partners to prioritize high impact projects and set expectations accordinglySQL experienceTo service and customer-oriented #LI-MK2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,400 and $105,820. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
