Job Requisition ID #23WD71727Position OverviewWe are looking for a trusted senior finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Customer Success Finance (CS Finance) team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Finance Director for the Enterprise Customer Success organisation. This person will be the primary business partner to the Senior Director in EMEA for Enterprise Customer Success.This Business Partner will be a key strategic partner for both the EMEA Services and Customer Success Management organisation. They will collaborate with multiple levels of the organisation to derive qualitative insights as well as quantitative analysis to guide business decisions.The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, independent thinking, excellent business intuition, and the capability to provide advice. This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organisation.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for Services Revenue Forecast for complex consulting arrangements inclusive of non-standard deal structuresProvide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and spend forecasts for our EMEA Services businessIdentify and escalate potential financial risks through regular review of key performance metrics and reports (margin analysis, billable hours, utilisation, etc.)Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results. Follow standards and ensure compliance with company policiesProvide strategic and tactical support on annual capacity planning and budgeting cycleForecast token consumption (product usage) for our Enterprise Business customersAnalyze & derive insights customer success metrics (product consumption & value delivery) for our Enterprise customersAnalyze price quantity mix analysis at customer level to derive programmatic relationshipsLead analysis for customers between the relationship of services and product adoption for our Enterprise Business customersProvide Ad-hoc analysis for your business partners to help them understand the financial ramifications of decisionsMinimum QualificationBachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA equivalent, preferredMinimum 8+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS companyExperience with forecasting and financial analysisThe ideal candidateStrong understanding of the finance functional areas, including revenue accounting, and complianceAbility to lead projects and mentor team membersProficient understanding business driversArticulate and concise with strong communication skillsIndividual must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly motivatedStrong business acumen and intuition needed for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the companyAbility to adapt and maintain quality standard in a complex and changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAmbitious and ability to learn quicklyStrong team player with leadership skills#LI-MB1#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
