In this role, you will be involved in reviewing, supporting, and delivering business process strategy and operational solutions to ensure goals and objectives are met for the Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) team. Working in conjunction with Customer Success Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and Process Managers, the Process Adoption Lead delivers guidance and enablement materials to assist with the implementation of new programs and tools by ensuring all relevant roles are adopting the change. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our Consulting and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams, and Autodesk’s future success. ResponsibilitiesDocument processes, identify issues / risks to pinpoint business impacts and change.Drive adoption of business process standards and tools, and continuously seek feedback for improvement.Deliver timely relevant training and learning content to continuously improve adoption of new processes.Provide coaching and mentoring on processes and methodologies, recommending additional training resources where appropriate.Collect information regarding status of process adoption initiatives, maintain high-level project plans, raise potential issues with program/ process managers, and proactively suggest and implement solutions as needed.Work with key stakeholders to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes.Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficiencyContribute to design, development, and successful implementation of project strategyMinimum QualificationsExperience: 2-3 years+ previous experience in a Consulting, Project Management or Business Analysis roles.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field.Language: English (must have excellent verbal and written skills) with any other language being a plus.Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling and visually appealing presentations for internal stakeholders.Teamwork: Highly accountable with strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teamsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to internal and team membersProblem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach complex business problems with a structured and logical mindsetSoftware Proficiency: Intermediate MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualizationProject Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.Preferred QualificationsEducation: master’s degree in business administration or a related field can be advantageous.Experience: Lean thinking and tools, deploying technology or services with a large enterprise companyDelivery: Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects from initiation to completion and persevere to complete a jobAnalysis: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing insightful conclusions using Excel or other toolsLeadership: Background enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with internal customers and peersMindset: Strong sense of ownership, strong work ethic, quality standards, and the desire for continuous learning and growthMobility: Able to travel as required (less than 20%)#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
