Job Requisition ID #23WD70005Position Overview This position supports strategy execution & thought leadership for the Autodesk design and manufacturing (D&M) portfolio supporting our D&M Enterprise Teams with focus on North Americas. The world of D&M is changing, and Autodesk as a technology leader is driving digital transformation – you will help develop go-to-market activities supporting future growth. You will shape the strategic execution in teamwork with enterprise sales, Autodesk Consulting, customer success and marketing teams. Monitoring the success and results throughout the year to ensure the demand generation, activities and outcomes are sufficient to meet target goals. The candidate will support the expansion plans internally and externally based on the defined business growth goals. This role identify sales and marketing opportunities and support campaign development to win target customers and expand in existing accounts improving Autodesk perceived reputation. We are looking for interaction with multiple internal and external teams to build plans to grow with the Autodesk portfolio with focus on Design & Manufacturing. You will report to the Industry Manager of Industrial Machinery and work remotely in the United States. Responsibilities Identify Autodesk Capabilities supporting customer Digital Transformation journeysPromote thought leadership for Autodesk Design & ManufacturingCommunicate the strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve the Autodesk Design & Manufacturing goals to internal and external customersAnalyze important metrics and business health in order to initiate action plans for optimizationYou will network and communicate with multiple regional and global team members to ensure programs are on trackCollaborate with teams to support all aspects of the business health Minimum Qualifications Senior level experience in manufacturing industryBS/BA degree or equivalent experienceA comprehensive understanding of the current Mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM landscapeDistinguish the benefits of SaaS and cloud technologyStrong background influencing VPs for process related dialogs and identify root-causes of problems within all levels of the organizationsExperienced in working with large matrixed customer organizationsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,400 and $145,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
