Job Requisition ID #23WD70267Position Overview Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success Organization is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to provide consulting services to key customers in the Infrastructure / Engineering domain. You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategy, software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise. You will report directly into the Senior Manager Consulting. Responsibilities Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, engagement planning, business process optimization, and communicationsProvide value-based services that deliver measurable, tangible business outcomes for the customerBuild relationships with key stakeholders within product team(s) and stay abreast of product roadmap(s)Provide business development support to our business partnersAdvise in project cost estimating of proposed solutions, support the scoping of solutions, align with Autodesk delivery methodology, and work breakdown tasksCreate and manage processes, priorities, and ownership for deliverable work streamsAttend all customer meetings and help lead workshops, report on Technical Deliverables progress and statusWrite documents including project schedules, summaries, procedure guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides, agendas, and activity summariesEscalate items in an organized and timely wayParticipate in strategic planning for Infrastructure Consulting Services for the delivery organization Minimum Qualifications Have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related degreeMust have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the AEC industryMust have at least 5 years of experience working with BIM solutions, products, and standardsDemonstrate initiative and ability to drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issuesProve ability to work with diversified technical, sales, and project management teamsMust have a strong understanding of the engineering/infrastructure process from design through constructionMust have excellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentations to teams and customersMust be able to break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiencesAbility to travel up to 70% of the time, including international travelbusiness proficiency in German and English Preferred Qualifications Solid understanding of BIM workflow process between architects, engineers, and contractorsUnderstanding of BIM uses and the data requirements in line with industry practices and standards, including BIM Level 2 / PAS 1192.Understanding of GIS would be advantageousPrevious consulting experienceDesirable BIM management experience, especially with Design and Construction-based softwareStrong BIM software technical skills and experience with BIM workflow process between architects, engineers, and construction leveraging Autodesk products (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, InfraWorks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)Knowledge of cloud-based processes and technologies #LI-LD1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
