Job Requisition ID #23WD71952Position OverviewThe inside sales manager is responsible for managing and coaching a team of inside sales representatives, such as TSRs, DSRs, and BSRs, to achieve revenue goals, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. With his/her expertise in sales strategies and processes, he/she helps to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to be successful.This inside sales manager position is crucial for driving operational efficiency and optimizing sales processes. They work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, pre-sales, tech support, license compliance, and customer success to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
