Job Requisition ID #23WD72041Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced project manager to lead programs that require significant cross-team collaboration within the Buildings, Infrastructure and Computational Design (BID) team. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff and manage programs and projects, have good experience with communications and change management, and will work with stakeholders across the organization.ResponsibilitiesExecute multiple programs and delivers all program componentsHelp with the planning, organisation and completion of organisation wide goalsResponsible for communications and change management within the BID organisationSynthesize requirements gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and advocates for a delivery roadmap that balances multiple corporate goalsEngage with cross-functional teams to understand our requirements for complex programs and translate them into a logical program roadmapTrack metrics to inform decision-making on program health and expansionProduce and present PowerPoints and visualizations to gain alignment and influence with key stakeholders and executivesBe the subject matter expert and advocate on program management, communications, and change management best practicesEnsure programs are delivered with a "customer-first" mindset to ensure exceptional customer experienceMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program Management or operations role managing the concurrent delivery of several programsExperience working in a product organizationPresentation skills (in-person and virtual) with the ability to cater to different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive rolesExperience influencing and implementing change within cross-functional teamsExperience leading communication and change management within an organisationExperience drafting internal communications for all staffExcellent documentation skills and knowledge of SharePoint and Wiki with experience managing such sites within an organisationInterest in new technologies, software industry trends, and designPreferred QualificationsCertifications: PMP, LUMALearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
