Job Requisition ID #23WD71259The “Team” @ Autodesk The Compliance team in the Trust organization is responsible for implementing and maintaining a world class compliance program, supporting our products, engineering and operations work to deliver a respected and trusted experience to the Autodesk community while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Position Overview:As the lead privacy compliance person, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a key component of our privacy program. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical teams, often in a matrix environment, across Autodesk to align expectations and reach optimal compliance. You will be a key input to stakeholders as they set out to foster trust from a privacy standpoint by distilling ever changing regulatory requirements in an actionable manner. You will own the privacy compliance process from intake to execution to monitoring of our posture on a global scale!Responsibilities:Compliance program managementOwn the governance and oversight for privacy complianceBuild and maintain the privacy compliance maturity roadmapPossess the vision and ambition to grow and improve the way Autodesk performs their compliance assessmentsCommunicate status & timelines for cross-functional team and executive understandingWork closely with external auditors and internal audit teams on managing and supporting audits Define, measure, and report the state of privacy complianceExpertise: Stay abreast of privacy regulations worldwideKeep existing policies and procedures aligned with audit and privacy requirementsMonitor implementation of outstanding audit recommendations and validateHave the ability to use a risk-based audit approach in evaluations of and recommendations for management processes.Engagement management Lead the planning, scheduling and preliminary analysis for internal and external audit projects, assessments, and compliance to our Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs)Coordinate audit activities across Autodesk, including the notification and scheduling for all affected parties of audit timing, scope, objectives, approach and deliverables Communicate status & timelines for cross-functional team and executive understanding Define and measure success metrics Minimum Qualifications/Critical Competencies: Possess a deep respect and passion for protecting people’s data privacy Ability to work independently with limited guidance to create structure and develop operational concepts Knowledge and experience implementing privacy principles in a complex technological ecosystem Knowledge of global data privacy legislations, industry practice and how they impact business operations and product design, could identify the potential impact/risk to business according to external regulations change Strong cross-functional analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsThe Ideal candidate: You are accountable. You are honest and transparent and do not hesitate to go above and beyond for our customers, employees, and partners.Preferred Qualifications:7-10 years internal or external audit experience, with exposure to privacy regulationsFamiliarity with common privacy frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CISA a plusConsulting experience a plusExcellent analytical and organizational skills combined with the ambition, ingenuity and the ability to work as part of a teamPossess the tenacity to pursue difficult and sensitive issues to an acceptable conclusionEducation: Bachelor’s degree.
