Job Requisition ID #23WD72120Position Overview Autodesk is looking for an experienced data analyst to join the Compliance team. You will work on Advanced Compliance Products (ACP), a collection of systems and teams focused on detecting and exposing non-compliant users of Autodesk software. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support operations and campaign decisions by delivering insights on user behaviour, product adoption and conversion rates, and insights used to shape digital campaigns and new strategies. You will combine a detailed, systematic, and structured approach to analytics and can respond quickly to new opportunities within a program that is constantly learning and discovering. Analysts interested in creating value within an agile 'growth hacking' environment while also producing high-quality analysis consumed by senior executives are excellent fits. What you will do: You will identify challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using data analysis and data mining to make strategic recommendations.You will support analytics and provide important insights around product usage, campaign performance, funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth.You will build ad-hoc analysis, long-term projects, reports, and dashboards to find new insights and to measure progress in key initiatives.You will work closely with partners to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying important metrics and KPIs.You will partner with different teams within the organization to understand our requirements.You will deliver presentations to distil complex problems into clear insights. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative fieldAt least 5 years of experience in data analysis role5+ years of experience in SQL and PythonYou can bring a healthy yet responsible approach to business.Experience with databases and proficient in writing SQL in systems like Hive, Snowflake and Presto.Strong BI visualisation skills in PowerBI and data analysis using Excel (can perform complex functions). Good To Have: Experience with data mining techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.Experienced in coding and debugging data issues with Spark/PySparkFamiliar with Airflow for workflow managementCan collaborate effectively within a cross-functional environment.
