Job Requisition ID #23WD71685Position OverviewThe Product Manager for Human Capital Management (HCM) will partner with the Autodesk People and Places Leadership (PPL) as well as Autodesk learning program COEs to define the next generation of HCM technology capabilities that will help transform and evolve talent and rewards management; allowing Autodesk to compete in the ever-evolving business climate.You are a proven Product Manager across enterprise learning and employee platforms.Location: US / RemoteResponsibilitiesServe as consultative partner on all HCM capabilities, developing rich, influential and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and membersBring outside-in thinking to our organization, highlighting industry trends that should be considered and evaluatedFacilitate brainstorming and demand management for HCM technology space using design thinking methodologiesEngage regularly as a trusted advisor with People and Places leaders to understand their strategies, business processes, pain points and priorities to inform Autodesk HCM Platform RoadmapDevelop a multi-year HCM platform roadmap that when completed will meet the defined strategy-outcomesProvide transparency into HCM roadmaps and manage stakeholders' expectationsServe as an active partner as Autodesk re-envisions how work is done in the next stage of digital workforce. Help outline and shape innovative technology solutions to support how our global workforce will operate in a hybrid virtual and physical worldRepresent Autodesk to external parties in building long-term roadmaps and influencing products provided by Workday and other strategic technology partners in the HCM spaceWork with geographically distributed People and Places stakeholders and HCM engineering teams to support HCM roadmapProvides input into future state skills needed for HCM engineering teams and shape the development of Internal Workday products and solutions to support Autodesk People and Places OrganizationNavigate internal networks, build consensus and lead from all dimensions, as necessaryMinimum Qualifications5+ years of enterprise wide product management experience preferable in you / HCM domainUnderstanding of global large-scale Human Capital Management and Learning applications (Workday and Absorb are preferred) implementation expertise including Total Rewards, Recruiting-Onboarding, Learning & Development, Employee Experiences and Diversity & InclusionInspires confidence with internal and external stakeholders with clear communication and expertise - a mustExperience envisioning and delivering multiyear product HCM roadmap with clearly articulated and measurable outcomesProven success in product management lifecycle delivery (i.e. user story management, user journey development)Proficiency with design thinking methodologies and user experience designExperience in delivering persona-based offerings to provide a rich, efficient, and flexible experiencesKnowledge of SDLC (Software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologiesBachelor's degree: business, human resources, computer science, engineering; or equivalent work experienceThe Ideal CandidateProven ability with informing and shaping next-generation technology capabilities to support Autodesk talent, rewards, and diversity programsYou are a hands-on product management expert with demonstrated expertise in employee/HCM technology transformations and understanding the complexities of a global and diverse workforce#LI-DV1#HCM/Product ManagerLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $102,800 and $177,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
