With offices all over the globe, we consist of amazing support specialists who not only provide service to our users, but also work across multiple internal organizations to better provide a holistic customer experience. As a Customer Support Associate, you will support our users throughout their daily operations with passion. This is an exciting time at Autodesk and you will improve our users' experience every day, in several industries, all over the world. You will report to the Customer Support Manager. This is hybrid role with some work from home opportunities.ResponsibilitiesSupport customers and internal users who use ACS in different platforms. Our channels of communication are live chat, email, and phone. Interactions include troubleshooting technical issues, product usage questions, onboarding and set up, subscription inquiries, and carrying customer's voice to our teams to promote the business forward.Perform investigations into technical issues, and log cases with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution.Manage requests and act as a liaison with partners (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance)Communicate daily with the Technical Team, Specialists, and Leadership to report support issues, bugs, important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback.Take part in support-related projects to allow you to use your unique skill set and improve our team.Minimum QualificationsExperience in customer support.Analytic and technical mindset that helps you meticulously troubleshoot and evaluate issues.Are comfortable navigating customer relationship management tools.Understand the basic functionality of Apple iOS, Android, and Windows platforms and cloud-based software (Microsoft Suite, OneDrive)You are a master on breaking down complex concepts into daily terminology to help customers of all technical proficiencies?Other QualificationsPrevious experience troubleshooting and supporting iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.You really enjoy listening and learning from and talking to our customers. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $46,200 and $74,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
