Autodesk is looking for a Talent Scout who understands technology and can build a diverse pipeline of Director level talent for all roles. You have experience building research strategy, sourcing outreach campaign plan, building a pipeline development strategy, and relationship management experience.We are changing the way we source talent for Autodesk. As an Executive Diversity Researcher, you will use Market Insight and Automation to develop an always pipeline delivery model. You will work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to attract the best diverse talent for Autodesk.Use your sourcing expertise to identify, research, prospect, attract and market our roles. You will be a blend of strategic resourcing (what's happening next) and tactical resourcing (the here and now). You'll need to have learning capabilities to quickly understand the Autodesk business so you can develop the right strategies to engage candidates from the start. You will report to the Director, Executive Recruiting supporting Director level searches and this role can be remote based in the U.S.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop sourcing strategies that result in quality submittals and hiresYou will work with fellow Talent Scouts, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and our Global Diversity & Inclusion team to understand technical and non-technical requirements of multiple roles and teamsYou will proactively build an inclusive talent pipeline through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaignsYou will maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and recommend creative and ideas to cultivate a diverse pipelineYou will promote the Autodesk vision and story with candidatesMinimum Qualifications3+ years research, sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team, including technical sourcing/recruiting experienceAn understanding of the opportunities and challenges in building a diverse talent poolExperience using technology in candidate engagement, tracking and management of candidate recordsExperience in a global environmentExcel (can perform complex functions) automation and present in PowerPointBe up to date with new sourcing methodologies, chrome extensions and enrichment toolsThe ability to develop a long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill rolesDevelop multiple strategies resulting in the engagement of passive technical candidatesExperience using metrics to advise partners and make recommendationsTechnical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, and other technical resourcesThe Ideal CandidateTeam player: You understand how to keep partners appraised without prompting and adapt your style to a technical engineer vs. a VPYou'll know how to write a good email.
