Digital & eCommerce Manager EMEA (Open Application)

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to support our eCommerce and Digital Business in EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital & eCommerce with a preference for candidates able to work hybrid/remote from our Barcelona or Munich office. The eCommerce Manager will have a customer and market focus on EMEA markets and will help define and meet the Autodesk Digital & eCommerce strategy. You will exceed eCommerce goals and develop local strategies that inspire Autodesk's digital goals. You are customer-oriented with excellent eCommerce and Digital Marketing and sales skills. You will work with global team's important partners and the senior management team. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to strategize, plan, collaborate with and influence internal business teams. You need to define creative solutions, and have a history of successful eCommerce and paid media experience. Responsibilities Lead efforts to exceed digital and eCommerce goals in EMEAReview and manage our performance against new billings targets through different sales channels, e.g. eCommerce, in-product or accountLead sales programs: Define sales plans and targets, implement ongoing forecasting and reportingEnsure successful planning, execution, and optimization for main goals - such as promotions, site merchandising, and marketingPartner with Demand Generation/Digital Marketing to build full-funnel customer experiences, including owned and paid media marketing, to achieve billings and customer acquisition goalsCollaborate with internal partners across Autodesk to create solutions that inspire a positive customer experience and a smooth path to purchaseFacilitate planning in the region. Work with Inside Sales, Marketing, Global Programs and FinanceWork with the Analytics Team to acquire and understand customer data and profileCommunicate insights and act as the "voice of customers" to important partners, including marketing, regional country managers or product management to help influence their roadmap Minimum Qualifications 3+ years experience leading an eCommerce sales business. B2B sales experience or SaaS experience3+ years experience with owned and paid media ecosystem3+ years of experience increasing sales on a on a self-owned eCommerce platformExperience and comfort working in a team that is based in geographically diverse locationsA "hands-on" style.
