Negotiation skills and expertise in event budget managementPartners with cross functional teams for sharing best practices and reducing duplication of efforts.Keep up on industry trends and engaging appropriate counterparts outside of Autodesk to gain best practice knowledgeDrive process and efficiency in event planning and operations to build on for future event planning, execution, and measurement.Minimum Requirements5+ years in event management experienceExperience working in the ASEAN market, knowledge of event vendors and agencies in Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam highly desirableExperience with contract and RFP (Request For Proposal) negotiations and processesExperience with creating event overview, briefs and reports for pre-planning communications and post- event evaluation.Ability to hold stakeholders accountable for timely completion of goals to drive decisions and actionsUtilize project management processes and technology at a high level#LI-JT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
