Job Requisition ID #23WD70289Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced and talented person to lead the team responsible for the global footprint of collaboration services. This position is at the center of an exciting space with rapidly changing technology and capabilities.This position will require you to work cross-functionally with business leaders, engineering teams, marketing, finance and additional internal customers to drive progress towards goals. The ideal candidate will have led experience-driven change that resulted in increased organizational productivity and performance with a portfolio of competing tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom).ResponsibilitiesGuiding the team to self-organize and become hyper productive in delivering quality services ahead of demandManage the people, process and technology for collaboration servicesPlan, prioritize the service roadmap and enhancementsSubject matter expert in collaboration technology and capabilitiesAccountable for availability, performance and KPI'sDrive capacity right sizing, utilization, adoption and lifecycleCost tracking and reportingGuide the team in refining and managing the product backlog to deliver consistent business valueFacilitating the removal of tactical and organizational impediments to team progressIdentifying and coordinating dependencies with external teamsFacilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, ensuring continued and improved team operational healthProviding visibility to team status and issues to senior managementAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information of the team status and issuesEnsure meeting artifacts are generated/distributed, to communicate progress to stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications5 years of technical product leadership, working cross functionally within an organizationStrong passion and experience in delivering high-performanceMentor, coach and motivate team to perform and execute at high levelsExperience managing a team delivering large, complex initiatives and projects from initiation to completionDemonstrates effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skillsDemonstrates solid teamwork and interpersonal skillsPossess strong abilities in strategic and innovative thinking processesExperience overcoming the difficulties of managing global servicesEffective in promoting ideas and collaboration at the various levels of the organizationEnjoy coaching teams to help them predictably deliver service improvements and continuously improveStrong written and oral communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with the following technologies:Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsSlack Enterprise GridZoom and/or alternative web collaboration serviceConference room video conferencing technologyEnterprise PBXBackground in an engineering or development positionLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $156,300 and $252,890. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
