The industry is being transformed by XR technology growth, creating new ways of working to review, collaborate and create.As a Technical Program Manager on the XR Customer Success and Operations Team, you will be part of the team responsible for building and delivering XR workflows to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC).  You will be responsible for the execution and management of a world class customer experience program supporting customers’ technical needs and ensuring their successful use and growth of our products. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering Teams to achieve these goals. ResponsibilitiesCommunicating and coordinating with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables, with the product and other projects in the larger programTroubleshooting and reproducing technical issues and translating those into actionable items for the Product and Engineering teams Identifying and reporting customer feedback, issues, and bugs Contributing to the overall customer experience strategy by identifying and developing content and resources to communicate to customers and internal stakeholders about the features of our product.Assisting with QA testing of new releases and solutionsBuilding and developing support processes to coordinate with Tier 1 Support Specialists and Technical Account SpecialistsEstablishing best practices for delighting our customers in all support interactionsBeing an agent of change and continuous improvement for the organizationMinimum QualificationsStrong technical background and ability to adeptly apply systems-thinking to solve complex problems Experience collaborating across organizations with different disciplines, including Software Engineers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA EngineersExperience training and onboarding people onto a SaaS platform Experience building and managing Tier 2 Support Teams and integrating them with existing Support Teams and processesExperience identifying and instrumenting KPIs to gather facts and proposing experimentation on how to improve processesPreferred QualificationsDegree or equivalent in Computer Science or a similar technical fieldInterest in AR, VR, and MRLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
