Job Requisition ID #23WD71969Position OverviewThe Executive Briefing Program is Autodesk’s premier program to showcase our company, our talent, and our technology to prospective clients, existing clients, and partners. We host briefings in our Technology Centers around the world. As a Briefing Program Manager, you will create and promote “an Autodesk experience” for customers, producing quality briefings that act as catalysts to sales, and to serve as a liaison to internal partners on briefing trends and outcomes. Above all, you believe that when a senior executive customer is willing to give us a full day, we must impress them with a seamless and fruitful engagement that represents the best of our brand and our platform. You will report to the Sr. Manager Executive Briefing Program.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and host briefings for high-value and high-profile customers at the Boston Technology Center. In addition to customer briefings, event responsibilities include: government delegation visits, industry consortiums, and professional association meetingsPlan briefings by clarifying and focusing issues, strategizing sales opportunities, building agendas, establishing rapport and verifying customer goals at pre-briefing events. Help develop strategies to enhance customer relationships that will result in immediate and long-term sales and account developmentBe a principal briefing liaison for sales and company executives in scheduling and planning customer briefings at the Boston Technology Center. Assist the account executive and others with preparation of event goals and messaging, preparing agendas, communicating to and scheduling presenters/attendees, ensuring participation, event follow-up and assisting at all levels as the briefing warrantsPartner with the Boston Briefing Specialist on all components of pre, during, and post-visit planningProvide customer feedback, summary information, and follow-up actions to Autodesk attendees, sales, marketing, and product groups. Track appropriate reporting of briefing results to briefing program stakeholdersWork with Named Accounts sales and presenters to uncover new briefing opportunities in addition to meeting important customer briefing goalsWork with venue management team to ensure execution of briefing logistics related to space planning and food & beverageMinimum QualificationsTrack record and enthusiasm to deliver best-in-class customer experiencesAbility to collaborate and communicate with executives, VIP’s and support staffExperience building productive relationships and gaining trust with sales,customers, and staffManage multiple briefings with complex agendas, goals, and changing schedules with calmAttention to detail and the belief that no detail is too big or too small to ensure theright customer experienceStrong project, time and process management skillsFamiliarity with scheduling software and Salesforce.comUnderstanding of sales methodologies and processesFamiliarity with Salesforce and other briefing management toolsPreferred Qualifications6 or more years of relevant experienceBased in Boston and live within a commutable distance to the office to support weekly onsite briefingsBA/BS preferred or equivalent professional experienceOccasional Travel#LI-POST#LI-DNI#LI-KM1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,400 and $149,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
