Job Requisition ID #23WD72002Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join the Order Processing area of Core Finance Engineering team. In this role, you will be working closely with the engineering, product management teams and the business teams to define, test and execute the product roadmap for the platform. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the modernization and simplification of our order capture platform and enable business model flexibility in a lean/agile environment by contributing to an organization committed to continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager within the Core Finance team, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop and deliver the features that underlies our domain and use cases we supportMust have experience creating technical user stories, roadmaps, process flows and writing detailed wiki documentation, and managing a story backlogsTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaMust be able to draw up Project roadmaps and interact with Business owners, onshore team & Global Engineering team to drive the project end to endKnowledge of software engineering disciplines, test driven development and development methodologiesWorks with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablementMust be well versed with best Agile practices and frameworkExcellent Frontline leadership and communication skills (written and oral)Clearly document, manage, and prioritize defects from multiple sources Collaborate with teams across multiple geographic regionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field 4+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Manager, Quality Analyst or Project Manager for a technical product Must have experience with Order Management, Billing, Subscription Management & Sales Commissions etc.Ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business and technical Must understand the business value of engineering decisions and how they affect the life cycle of the product Experience with agile software development is MUST (particularly SCRUM) Must have experience with one of these Technology S4 HANA, Open Text or BRIMMust have Software or High-Tech industry experienceSelf-motivated/independent/resourceful #LI-DA1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
