The manager of this team will lead the team through the following activities and responsibilities:Handle WorldWide Customer escalations into Optical Systems EngineeringPerform efficient and detailed RCA of customer issuesWork closely with Customers and internal Service escalation teamsProvide quick post FCS solutions to customer issuesPreserve customer confidence / experiencePrevent issues in the newer products by incorporating learning from field into newLead Get-well / Stay-well initiativesIncrease ability of services teams to reduce escalations to Engineering–Build tools, knowledge bases, debug recipesProvide timely feedback to Engineering teams to take good design decisionsImplement process changes in Engineering org to prevent breakagesChecklists, ne regression suites, drive custom solutionsInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
