CA Pay Range (Hourly):$23.56 - $43.75At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, and disability insurance and toeligible employees.Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:Responsibilities will include engineering support on assembly quality(defect) monitoring, process monitoring - collecting data using metrology tools, PM- Calibration of tools, performing destructive/non-destructive quality tests, incoming material quality screening, visual audit inspection along Die Cleaving, DieAttach , Wirebond stations and support assembly and development builds as needed.Candidate is expected to be hands-on and able to operate all process tools in the area at both an operational sustaining and engineering level. Candidate will be assisting Assembly Engineers in running experiments, gathering and analyzing data. Candidate will work in a team environment consisting of engineers and operators, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities will also include assisting in maintaining operational documents and training new operators.Education & Experience Necessary For Success: Associates degree strongly desired. Bachelor’s degree a plus.At least 2 years of experience working in a semiconductor assembly or packaging area which places a premium on qualityInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
