Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$104,600.00 - $194,200.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, and disability insurance and toeligible employees.The Sr. Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analyst role supports the eliciting, understanding and documenting of business needs to determine and recommend the most optimal solution. The Analyst works with the development team to build the solution, and to conduct user testing and training when needed.Areas of Responsibility:Manage complex projects/programs from design and development to production within the Salesforce Sales CloudBuild and maintain effective customer relationships with business area stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements for information technology services and systems.Support business teams with product backlog grooming, story sizing and then be responsible for the project till go-liveParticipate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Change Control processes.Use best practices and functional expertise in Salesforce.comApply deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales CloudDocument business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard application functionality, design and document solutions that fill the gaps, and provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers.Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistencyPrepare and perform data conversion requirementsDevelop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches.Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training as required.Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required.Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales CloudSignificant business experience in all phases of Sales Process including Opportunities, Quoting, Lead Generation, CommissionsBachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience requiredProven project management skillsExcellent communications skills both oral and writtenSolid problem-solving skillsExperience of Configuration, Requirements, Testing & Prioritization of SalesforcePreferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience with add on apps such as Conga Composer, PowerBI, Account Planning, CPQExperience with integrating SFDC with systems like SAP, JIRA#LI-DW1#LI-HybridInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
