Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced Sr Product Manager to join our LogScale team and lead the development of security focused content including detection rules, dashboards, response actions and more. In this role you will bring your experience in one or more areas of cyber security to our Log Management platform to help us rapidly expand and grow our out of the box offerings for security and compliance use cases. You will work closely with our engineering team, our field teams and our customers to deliver content that solves modern use cases including monitoring distributed and cloud based applications and integrating wide and varied data sources. Your success will be based on developing a clear vision and motivating a cross-functional team to deliver to that vision.What You'll Do:Leading the way on developing out of the box detection rules, dashboards, integrations and other content that solves modern security and compliance use cases. Influence the architecture and design of the LogScale platform, particularly for content related areas including dashboard design, search, alerts and integrations.Being hands on to develop content, test content, design content and teach others on how to do the same. Partner with marketing and field sales to develop go to market strategies around the content.Enabling our support and services team to help them identify and develop content and merge it into the production pipeline.Working with a geographically distributed team to deliver innovative Log Management in support of the Falcon product line and CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches. Applying your entrepreneurial mindset to delivering incremental value leading to the long range success of the platform. What You'll Need:5+ years of experience owning production direction in several different security areas including endpoint security (EPP, EDR, etc.), network security (NDR, IDS, etc.), SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, etc.).Wide understanding of the security ecosystem including common product features, log data types and use cases.Technical understanding of one or more of the following domains is an advantage: large-scale (distributed) systems, search languages, NLP API models. Experience with “outward bound” Product Management including working with field teams, support, business development, analysts and other non-engineering groups.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks.Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teamsThis position requires up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide.BA or BS degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience, Master’s desirable.#LI-SS1#LI-MW1#LI-Remote#HTF#HTFBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $195,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
