In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, other project owners, and delivery teams to deliver systems, process and application solutions to drive desired business value. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of enterprise and cross functional projects utilizing your mastery of project management processes and experience to deliver exceptional quality. This position reports to the Project Portfolio Management Director that covers the following internal customers: Professional Services, eCommerce, Product and Engineering, Finance, and Data & Reporting. This role will drive cross functional projects related to software applications (SFDC, NetSuite, Snowflake), Integrations (Mulesoft, APIs).What You’ll Do: Oversee, manage and monitor application & process initiatives that span multiple business linesManage all aspects of related projects to ensure the overall program is coordinated and delivered according to roadmap, objectives and scope, ensuring the solution delivers on success criteria.
