They will be responsible for refinement of the CDM value proposition to the organization and ell as establishing and executing against a roadmap of continuous business value delivery. They will work directly with the Enterprise Data Management leader, other program managers, project sub-teams, and business leaders across the enterprise to ensure successful progress against a comprehensive roadmap. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project timelines including partnering with technology services on systems implementations, cross-functional business transformation efforts, and merger and acquisition business integration. They will identify and define the strategies to integrate core data with other operational systems to leverage the core data more efficiently and effectively. An ideal candidate for the Program Manager is someone who possesses strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, can work with diverse groups of people from within various departments and levels of the organization he organization including executive leadership, and uses experienceience and sound judgment to deliver solutions that add exceptional business value. Primary responsibilities: Establish and maintain value proposition, strategy and associated roadmap for a robust Core Data Management (CDM) program. Collaborate with the senior leadership team and work with all aspects of the business and company to develop and drive the CDM strategy. Enhance CDM practices and processes to deliver the reconciled domains of Customer, Individual, Product, Partner, and Employees. Serve as subject matter expert and technical point of contact for Customer, Individual, Product, Partner, and Employees. Develop, coordinate and maintain integrated CDM-related project timelines, schedules and communication plans. Collaborate with Technology Services (TS) in the design and development of integration solutions that leverage CDM, including both operational and analytic use cases. Strive for the continuous improvement of procedures, tools, and metrics tied to business outcomes for the CDM team. Support key company programs related to CDM, data alignment, data migration and data quality. Partner with Data Quality, Data Governance, and Metadata Management programs to ensure accuracy of core data, appropriateness for intended usages and continuous improvement of quality. Evaluate and review new approaches and technologies and their applicability to CDM. Lead the team on MDM-specific activities such as define the cleanse rules, match rules, survivorship, etc. Ensure teamwork across Data Owners, Data Stewards, business Subject Matter Experts and IT partners. Provide partnership and influence through organizational change management efforts. Support special projects, as needed.Knowledge, skills and abilities to be successful: Strong technology background and applicable technology skills related to data, core data management, data governance, data quality and associated platforms and technologies.
