And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Role Overview:The Regional Channel Sales Coordinator is a member of the APCJ Channel Programs and Operations team and will focus on operational projects & duties to better enable F5’s Channel team. In this role, you’ll own various Channel Operations projects, focus on reporting and tracking "go-to-market" programs and campaigns and assist with creating efficiencies for various operational aspects of the Channel programs.Sounds interesting? Read on!What You'll Do:Own various Channel Program processes, including partner onboarding, partner systems access, partner agreements, creating process documents & best practices for internal teams to utilize.Serve as liaison with IT for various system issues and enhancements needed to support the Channel Sales team, track various IT enhancements, and communicate to Channel Sales teamWorks with Sales Operations Support (SOS) team to ensure the integrity of Salesforce.com Channel data and opportunity management, and delivering Channel related Salesforce.com reporting.Responsible for tracking and reporting on Partner tier requirements and highlighting partners who are exceeding or falling short of their tier requirements.Manage quarterly incentive reporting, payment submissions & approvals to Accounts PayableManage various email inboxes for Channel teamOwn the APAC Partners and APAC Payment inboxServe as first point of contact for partners and internal team inquiriesWhat You'll Bring:Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent requiredAt least 1 to 3/+ years sales or sales support experience.
