The primary focus will be generating service revenue for maintenance contracts renewal by maintaining contracts and upselling. This role will be working closely with the Sales team to grow F5 services solution to the end users. Our Renewals Sales also provides the services link to the product team in order to maintain and develop the business both from a commercial and solution perspective.What you will do: Maintain and grow revenue with existing customers by managing current renewals and upselling maintenanceTake an account management approach to identify co-termination and reinstatement opportunitiesBuild strong relationships and drive high renewal attach rate with partners and customersClosely work and collaborate with Sales, SE, Support, and other internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfactionIncrease awareness of F5 services by educating customers and internal stakeholdersEffectively negotiate with customers, defend against competitive pressures, and uncover additional opportunitiesBe a Single Contact Window for Partner Performance ProgramsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat you will bring:Over 3 years of Sales related experience in IT industry.
