They help facilitate the intake and work breakdown of epics into features, coordinate across the value stream to scope work, and identify and work issues, risks, and dependencies. They partner with the portfolio manager to ensure business objectives, milestones, and outcomes are tracked and achieved.The program manager has excellent interpersonal skills, strength working cross functionally, with the ability to influence and facilitate others to solve business problems and deliver. Program Managers are an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions.
