This leader would manage a team which will intake strategic priorities and be responsible for breaking down prioritized product vision into consumable work for delivery. This leader will be instrumental in leading multiple workstreams, delivering in a scaled environment and ensuring high velocity value delivery. Value stream leads will be working with multiple disciplines such as product management, solution architecture, data, security, and all delivery functions. They will also be responsible for cross collaboration and work with other Value Stream leads to ensure value delivery at scale. This role will focus on the Customer Support & Success domains, enabling our business to provide the best possible post-purchase experience for our customers of whether they are hardware, software or SaaS customers.
