Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:This position is a strategic compensation thought partner supporting our Commercial and Marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:Act as a global strategic compensation partner supporting Commercial and MarketingDevelop and implement competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top-performing talent and motivates performanceAct as a strategic partner to the broader HR team to ensure that all business-focused compensation programs align with our compensation philosophy and strategic goals of the companyPartner with HR business partners to strategize and develop compensation programs to resolve complex issues, as neededTeam with the Finance to ensure the compensation structure aligns with business prioritiesDevelop cost models on a variety of global compensation programsProvide overall compensation support throughout our recurring compensation processesCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and people leaders with compensation recommendations on complex job offersAd hoc projects, as assignedBasic Qualifications:A minimum of 12 years experience in compensation market analysis, plan design and pay administrationProven understanding of compensation structuresAdvanced proficiency with Excel, Word and Power PointExperience using the Workday HCM strongly preferredOther Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build a network to work across teams to achieve business goalsAnalytical thinker with strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presentedProven track record to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization to develop solutions that benefits the business and customerAbility to react to customer needs with a sense of urgencyArtfully debate the balance between business requests and alignment with global compensation philosophyCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferredKnowledge of US regulations and global compensation market practices; sensitive to and good understanding of different culturesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively present information and recommendationsSelf-directed, energetic team player with proven ability to produce positive results under tight deadlines and limited resourcesAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Technology industries a plusEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally with Human Resource, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration)#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Sr. Commercial & Marketing Compensation Partner (Remote) role based in the United States of America is: $136,100 - $204,100. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
