The candidate will need to work with technical teams to gather business requirements, identify emerging technologies, and contribute to technology evaluations. The candidate will apply coaching, technical leadership, and prioritization in support of maintaining the continuity of IT operations as well as innovation and creativity in creating efficiencies and process improvements.This position requires a technically adept individual with strong leadership skills who can work in teams across global boundaries, applying creative thought to solve complex software and infrastructure challenges. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills, eagerness to learn and grow, ability to coach and mentor both leaders and individual contributors, and have a flexible approach to solving complex problems. The candidate is required to possess current knowledge of a wide range of current and emerging technologies. Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures and standards.Participate in IT strategic and operational planning.On call is required (24/7/365)RequirementsB.S. in Computer Science, IS/IT or equivalent education and experience.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Experience with IAM tools such as AWS IAM, Saipoint, Okta or Azure ADDemonstrates integrity and is widely trusted.Strong ability to lead and adapt to change.10+ years of related experience8+ years of experience in IT ManagementExperience in a regulated environment such as SOX, FDA a plus.Strong understanding of Change Management.Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent technical research, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Proven project management skills required.Excellent written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills.#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Associate Director, DevOps Engineering - IAM & API role based in the United States of America is: $163,900 - $245,900. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
