Those solutions and pipelines will enable the storage, tracking, analysis, variant interpretation and distribution of large genomic datasets and integration of Illumina informatics systems with Illumina or third party software or systems to ultimately contribute to and build infrastructure that can be deployed for large scale genomics in a healthcare environment. This Bioinformatics Scientist role primarily involves the production and use of analyzed variant call data from oncology pipelines and workflows and ensure the data can be processed through Illumina tools to meet customer end-goals.
