Develops policies and procedures, and implements material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures. Monitors availability of materials in the supply chain and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Manages sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities and outside services, as well coordinating global procurement efforts. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory. May oversee work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies. Experience/Education:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience, with 5+ years of Management experience. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
