Activities may include developing new products and completing investigational testing for new products. Identifies safe and efficacious products by conducting preclinical testing, which evaluates aspects of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology in in-vitro and in-vivo settings.Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.Your Scope of Responsibilities:Applies basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve routine issues.Determines a course of action based on guidelines.Works on assignments of limited scope where answers can be readily obtained and problem solving requires following standard practices/procedures.Develops working relationships internally.Exchanges standard/basic information with colleagues, immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team/group.Requires guided leadership and receives general instruction on work/new assignments.Work is reviewed periodically based on a set of defined procedures or precedence.Why youTo be part of this great team, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to cope well under pressure, with excellent attention to detail. Be proactive, honest and open with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors effectively through email, presentations, written reports or in meetings to support decision-making.You will have gained a bachelor’s degree and possess a university level understanding of the scientific principles and laboratory experience.Able to draw sound conclusions from general experiment data sets and able to interpret results to form conclusions and suggest next steps with guidance from other scientists. You will have demonstrable experience in using advanced analytical instrumentation independently to collect data (examples include workstation equipment, Illumina instruments, third party analytical instrumentation, etc.) alongside a basic understanding of statistical significance, replicates, controls. Does this sound like you?
