Direct interaction withProgram Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is readyMonitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remoteObserve coaching sessions and provide development feedbackRequirements:Must be a graduate of any allied medical coursesPreferably has working experience in clinical reviewGreatly familiar with medical terms and jargonsMinimum of 1 year experience with Training in a BPO companyExperienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)Flexible with working on different shiftsMust have excellent English communication skillsWilling to work in BacolodWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
