Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job ResponsibilitiesWork with leading IAM products and technologies from best-in-class providers (SailPoint,Okta, Microsoft, CyberArk, etc.)Work with management to maintain and operate stainable solutions, operating processes, and people models to address key and evolving risks in the field of identity governance and access management.Summarize processes, documentation, and workflows through interviews with staff performing security and human resource-related duties, develop gap analysis, and identify and prioritize process improvements based on the current risk of components adding professional insight.Maintain IAM capabilities, playbooks, and documentation and work with staff to implement sustainable improvements. Facilitate tabletop exercises and work with staff to develop a plan for remediation and improvements.Sustain engagement objectives, strategize to comply with professional standards, and mitigate risks inherent in the engagement.Demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork and individual accountability by engaging team members, and use available technology, tools, and company assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.Skill and QualificationHave 3+ years of professional experience working in the IAM field and supporting services underneath.You have an appetite for entrepreneurship and enjoy working on projects end-to-end.Fluent in Written/Spoken Business English Communications.Familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access Management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts, etc.).What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
