Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:A Training Capacity Officer Intern is in charge of reviewing, creating and organizing training spaces for the learning services department. They will work in conjunction with other departments to discuss and organize additional training space needs, revamping current training spaces and projecting training needs. They will be working across different locations and pulling from best experiences on ensuring training spaces are being utilized efficiently. Specific Tasks: Creating and maintaining a calendar of training spaces and classesCreating and maintaining trackers of training spaces with information around room status, availability and current state. Meeting with key stakeholders around training projections for both Customer Experience and Risk and Compliance Operations. Meeting with IT and providing feedback on any room changes needed, revamping and reviewing current training spaces. Meeting with all training leaders and providing updates on training space needs. Leads special projects around training spaces Meeting with site leaders to provide updates around training spaces needed and helps to coordinate with security, PTMO and IT on regulations needed to open up a new training space in compliance with site and country regulations. Partnering and providing feedback to all departments on training space issues. Providing and up keeping an organized flow for training space requests to ensure spaces are being optimized by all teams. Informing all parties of training venue space changes. Identifying specific business opportunities. Influencing stakeholders to support business projects. Creation of presentations for stakeholders to understand key findings and recommendations for next steps.
