Have you built your career on translating the technical challenges of security to business leaders?  Then you may be a perfect fit for our Senior Director of Security Engagement role at Adobe. In this role, which reports to the Chief Security Officer, you will lead a number of teams that tell the story of security both within and outside of Adobe and engage with various partners to drive security maturity:  The Security Marketing team builds trust with our customers and the industry by engaging with our customers, sales and technical community  The Security Sales Support team works with our sales organization and our customers to explain and clarify questions about our security program;  The Program Management Office implements, leads and delivers programs that align with the goals and objectives of the Security organization;  The Security Partners organization engages with our product engineering teams to provide solutions and capabilities from across the Security organization, and actively works with these teams to increase their level of security maturity;  The Security Awareness team spearheads training and security awareness for Adobe employees and contingent workers.  Your team will get to partner with engineering leaders across our complete spectrum of products, including new initiatives such as our Generative AI efforts.  What you'll Do  Develop a high-performing organization with experienced leaders who partner effectively across the Adobe security team to achieve shared outcomes Build mechanisms for meaningful engagement with our product engineering teams on a shared security roadmap, coordinated with partner security teams, including the Product and Software Security, Cyber Operations and Technology GRC teams Build close partnerships with senior leaders across our business, understand their needs and how best to support their teams at growing security maturity Work with the team to develop compelling security stories and narratives, and identify the right channels to share them with senior leadership across our business, industry, and customers Develop an understanding of the knowledge needs of our customers, partners and employees, and identify opportunities for engagement to grow awareness of Adobe security initiatives  What you need to succeed  3+ years in Information Security 5+ years of progressive leadership experience Ability to build strong rapport with business leaders, engineering leaders and customers Ability to rapidly understand technical challenges in cybersecurity Strong program management experience preferred Experience distilling complex concepts into easy-to-understand business problems and solutions Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capability and a pragmatic approach to business Strong communications skills  Comfort with ambiguity Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,200 -- $359,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
