As a Partnership Strategy & Business Operations manager, you will lead the definition of the strategy for key Partnerships initiatives, ensure their implementation, and document standard methodologies.You are a general athlete, who is able to solve constantly evolving challenges and is comfortable operating not only at a strategic level, but also getting hands dirty with execution and operational excellence.You will be at the center of the definition and implementation of highly visible Partnerships initiatives, and you will have ample opportunities to collaborate with other teams and to have executive visibility. As such, strong collaboration and communication skills - including top-down communications, prioritization and an eye for impact are essential for your success in this role.What you’ll doShape Adobe’s growth partner strategy and plans, through data-driven analyses.Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations around strategic and operational partner initiatives.Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations to key partners across Adobe, including at the executive level.Develop and lead a robust operating model to ensure partner strategy is implemented and its expected impact is realized; this includes periodically report to Adobe's leadership the status of the implementation and bring your insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve value creation.Establish a collaboration network across different Adobe teams, working side-by-side with multiple teams and being the "connector" that enables a well-oiled cross-functional partnership strategy and execution.What skills needed to succeedBS/BA with 5+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience, MBA preferredExperience in a top 5 management consulting firm, ideally with technology experience Strong experience influencing cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiativesSuccessful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting prioritiesAbility to rapidly assess high-level & ambiguous problems, define scope and options, then evaluate and recommend partnership strategy to address critical business issuesExceptional conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solvingA strong sense of self, balanced with the aim to put team firstFamiliarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $212,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
