We offer competitive compensation packages to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.This role will have first-hand exposure to how the Compensation COE team makes this philosophy come alive by supporting the development and maintenance of our compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.What You’ll DoBuild solid relationships with the HR Business Partners, Employee Experience Partners and business leaders, through a proactive approach in anticipating needs and bringing a solutions oriented mindset to resolving issuesProvide guidance and recommendations on compensation, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustmentsKeep up to date job evaluations and market pricing for 9 countries across APJDrive initiatives including D&I related compensation activities such as statutory gender pay analysis for various countriesSupport statutory time tracking projects in various countries (e.g., Japan)Be a source of expertise on all compensation programs and projects that have a reward impactEducate and train all EX staff on compensation processes, practices and programsWhat You Need to SucceedAt least 6 - 8 years of related experience, with demonstrated abilities in managing compensationExcellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities to work with large datasets and identify trends and patternsStrong communication skills that enable you to present your analysis and explain the compensation philosophy to stakeholders, managers and employeesDemonstrated problem solving and organization skills, with great attention to detailsAbility to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with stakeholdersExcellent team playerAdobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
