Position Summary :This is a hands-on role, the primary responsibility includes insight generation, providing recommendations & decisions for product improvement, drive KPI measurement and executive reporting of KPIs across Document Cloud products. The person will partner closely with product and marketing teams to innovate and drive holistic DC business and product strategy .Responsibilities :Develop customer insights and analysis by identifying and providing data insightsExecutive reporting and analysis historical data, ensure accuracy and distributionDrive exploratory data analysis that marry qualitative assessment/research with quantitative supporting findings to drive business and product decisionsPartner with product management / engineering / marketing to set KPIs, build & support dashboards/reports that measure these KPIs to drive & support strategic decisionsCommunicate / present concise and actionable reports to all stakeholders of product management and partnersDesign and automate reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage & User journey in Document CloudDevelop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data driven decision making when neededUse multiple data sources to effectively answer business questions and give a view of customer journey across productsFind innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business improvementSkill Set:5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in product / marketing analytics and driving actionable insightsStrong analytical and quantitative orientation with advanced query writing SQL on large data sets Expert with Hadoop/ Big data environments to synthesize and analyze dataExpert in PowerBI, Tableau, Excel Pivots / Adobe AnalyticsWorking knowledge of data warehousing infra like Hive / PrestoBasic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)Strong presentation and communication skillsCan clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leadersGood understanding of A/B testingAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
