QA Automation Architect

We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! People Manager / QA Strategist:•Should have performed QA strategist or Test Manager role for large scale complex engagements (multi solution integrations)•Should be able to provide effort estimates, plan QA activities and allocate tasks to team•Manage the QA scope, task prioritization, negotiation, escalation, and customer communication•Should be able to lead organization initiatives and drive innovation and efficiency•Should be able to lead a team of QAs and review their work•Should be able to mentor the team and invest in their growthArchitecture experience:•Should be able to design automation framework, which is robust, reusable and generic•Keep abreast of latest trends in Test Domain, learn new tools and technology and bring in best practices•Should be able to work across multiple projects where automation scripts needs to be developedTest automation experience:•Should have strong agile testing experience•Should have exposure on parallel test automation•Should have programming experience on Java / Python / Selenium, JavaScript / Cypress•Should be proficient in GIT, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, BDD, Linux•Should be proficient in DevOps such has pipeline, Docker, GITHUB actions, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform•Should have experience with visual test automation (eg. Percy) and API test automationTool usage:•Should be aware of using JIRA / Confluence•Should be able to use Saucelabs, BrowserStack for cross browser testingExperience working with Adobe products:•Should be able to define automation test strategy involving multiple adobe products•Should have knowledge on AEM sites/Forms/Assets and other Adobe productsDefect management:•Should be involved in Defect triaging and managing test cases using tools (Zephyr)•Should be aware of different types of testing•Should be able to design, develop test plan and strategyCommunication and team player:•Should have good verbal and written skills•Good analytical skills and strong leadership skills•Should be a good team playerAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
