Our mission is to support our community and to empower and enable anyone who has a story to tell or vision to share.The Community team is seeking an exceptional, customer-focused Director to lead the team responsible for building early access communities to shape product roadmaps, inform launch messaging and to build and foster community advocates.The Director will partner closely with key product, marketing, and executive leadership teams across the company to ensure the community is a key stakeholder in how Adobe builds and ships products.They will build out and lead a team of community program managers, community managers and moderators driving beta and early access customer programs across creative categories. In addition, they will create cross-functional processes and partnerships to incorporate community feedback into product roadmaps and share progress back to the community, and envision and create infrastructure to make two-way community interaction a central part of Adobe’s product value.  The impact of this work will be a more community-led roadmap as well as greater mutual understanding, empathy and interaction between Adobe and the creative community for core strategic product areas across the business.  What You’ll DoGrow & nurture small, focused community with direct access to teams for key customer segments Manage beta programs for strategic product initiatives Build scalable infrastructure and process to support advisory boards, discussion groups, scaled online spaces for community members to congregateDrive strategy and execution for surfacing insider communities in Adobe products and surfacesManage ongoing engagement programs and platforms to keep our inner circle of early access customers motivated and activeBe a strategic partner for PMM, PM & community leaders, and be on the front lines of briefing the community on new product innovationsWhat You Need to SucceedA love for the Adobe’s creative communities across industries & disciplinesExperience with product strategy, user research, product planning, product-led growth, customer feedback cycles, test & learn mindsetCustomer-centric leader who can play a credible advisory role with senior leadership, by collecting, synthesizing, prioritizing and clearly communicating multiple sources of customer inputAbility to work “the matrix” and succeed through an entrepreneurial mindset within a large, cross-functional organizationExperience building teams from the ground up and scaling teams within a larger organization  Willingness to be a player/coach, leader/doerGeneral strategy or product strategy consulting a plusAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,800 -- $284,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
