Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Development Engineer to join our Identity Services team based in Bucharest.What you'll do:Identity Services is looking for a Frontend Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. This position includes all of the following aspects:Own the client-facing UI of the productDesign & implement new features and performance improvements, while keeping a strong customer focus and high quality standardsBe part of an agile, highly collaborative and passionate teamWork closely with experience designer and product manager to ensure the product meets customer expectations and adheres to high usability standardsPerform research on various technologies and define architectural improvements, build prototypes or core features as neededWhat is needed to succeed:B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.3+ years industry experience.Excellent knowledge of web standards and technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, HTTP)Excellent knowledge of web performance optimizationsObject oriented design principles and design patterns, algorithmic and logical skillsSolid foundation in software engineering process & best practices (unit testing, build automation, continuous integration)Passionate about computer science, developing software and internet applicationsEnjoys technical challenges and is capable of proposing and evaluating a solution against requirements, demonstrates strong customer focusGood written and verbal communication skillsSpoken and written English proficiencyFull stack development is a plusKnowledge of React is a plusAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
