You will report into the VP of Adobe Western (France, Italy, Iberia, Benelux, Nordics) and be a key member of the Leadership team. You will be Responsible for driving and growing the revenue of the Digital Media Business in your region.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of past success achieving aggressive growth objectives, exceeding enterprise revenue and profitability by demonstrating strategic planning, enterprise sales, and customer relationship skills. You have the vision to evaluate existing situations and create new approaches to promote continuous growth. This is a key role within Adobe, responsible for driving adoption and long-term value for our top customers.What you’ll doDrive revenue for Adobe Digital Media Solutions in your region through working in a matrixed organization to clearly define go to market strategiesDevelop and execute critical initiatives in line with overall business goals across a matrixed environmentAssesses sales pipeline, monitor activity, and forecasts to assess sales progress and areas for improvementMaintain a positive and proactive line of communication between the lines of business as well as senior leadershipIdentify and support opportunities for training as well as career diversification and growth across your teamsManage managers and individual contributors with passion and disciplineBuild strong lasting relationship with Clients and PartnersWhat you need to succeed7/10 years managing high-performance sales team in an international Enterprise Software Sales environmentTrack record of selling complex multi $m deals into enterprise accountsProven success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital LeadersExcellent networking abilityProven self-starter mentality with a specific plan to “own” your businessDedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performancePassion, energy, great attitude, and a proven plan for building and running successful sales teamsEmpathy and high EQ to do it the “right” waySuccess in selling solution-based SaaS offeringsSuperior customer-facing attributes both internally and externallyMust have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
