We are seeking an exceptional, community-focused Evangelist for professional video to focus on building, supporting and fostering the video community, and advocating for that community within Adobe.What you'll doShare your knowledge, passion, and experience with modern design workflows using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe tools and services, particularly in the context of designers early in their careerHelping designers launch their career and how to start in the industry and inspire & encourage others through your design work and researchEstablish yourself as a creative leader through your work, and participation in industry topics and conversations, building and fostering relationships within the Community of the next generation of graphic designersEngage daily with communities around creating content with designers starting in their career wherever they are (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in two-way conversations representing AdobeBe active and visible within the community, build long-term relationships and trust, and demonstrate that knowledge and understanding of the users to help Adobe internallyBuild relationships with leaders in the identified communitiesAnswer questions and engage in discussion about Adobe products and policiesEnable conversations, build content, and speak about Design tools to address the specific audience needs and encourage that communityUnderstand the competitive landscape and share insights within Adobe on an ongoing basisCoordinate with other community, product, marketing, and campaign teams to develop mini-engagements and activities for the community (i.e. AMAs with the product team on Reddit or community activities and discussions via live streams, etc.)Work closely with the broader community, evangelism, and product & regional marketing teams to provide insight and feedback from the community to help drive product development directionWhat you'll need to succeedStrong design background and portfolio and at least two years experience working in graphic designKnowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe design tools and servicesAbility to engage with the next generation of creative pros, both in college or early in their careerFamiliarity with generative AI solutions including Adobe Firefly as well as major Social Media platforms and a proven ability to interact with an audience at scale are necessaryKnowledge of and empathy with your core audience based on your experience is requiredKnow existing and emerging design tools, including contending and complementary technology companies and productsShow the ability to "be responsible for your business" as independently as possibleCapable of working collaboratively in a team and prioritizing multiple tasks and goals simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills, in addition to excellent time management skills Good communicator across multiple teams and regions; comfortable interacting with senior executives and product marketing/product managers as well as business fluency in German and EnglishTravel required (30-50%) for in person demos, community engagement and events As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
