It enables users to craft flyers, TikToks, resumes, and reels with ease using our all-in-one editor. This exciting role at addresses the needs of a new target audience for Adobe that we call Communicators!Communicators have unique, integrated needs that span Design, Imaging and Video. They also require a toolset that is easier to learn and leverage than those used by creative professionals. Addressing their needs requires a product with an emphasis on collaboration, simplicity, templates and one step quick actions which are key to a user’s success.The Director, Global Web Marketing & SEO will lead and scale the cross-functional team responsible for the acquisition efforts across our web marketing team around the world. This role requires a leader who is hands-on and fluent with modern online acquisition methods, in particular SEO and online funnel testing & optimization.This role will have full ownership of driving our acquisition objectives of growing SEO traffic. It will also help new users from all inbound marketing channels arrive at a successful action once they are on our site.The leader will partner with other Growth leaders on the Express product team. They are passionate about Acquisition, Engagement and Monetization, and other cross functional teams (design, web production, research, and engineering) to deliver against these critical metrics.What you'll do Define and own the web marketing strategy for Adobe Express globally within the Adobe.com organization. Build out key journeys that successfully bridge customers from marketing into the product, on both desktop and mobile web.Drive the effort to scale SEO to ensure Adobe Express is the first organic search result for all target use cases.Lead a distributed team of web product managers and SEO experts. The team is located in the US and globally, to deliver localized and culturalized experiences for our priority markets.Partner with the paid media teams including SEM, Social and Display. The goal is to drive the effectiveness of paid & earned media with optimized landing pages and user journeys to ensure top of funnel metrics are being met.Define personalized journeys for B2B, Enterprise, Student, and other target user segments. This requires a deep understanding of user intent, product capabilities and priority use cases for these audiences.Leverage customer insights, usability studies, and other data to form hypotheses to own the A/B testing roadmap for the web experience.What you'll need to succeed Proven growth, product, or web marketing leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading highly versatile and diverse teams.An entrepreneurial mentality, interested in getting in at an early stage of an emerging market area – but with the interest, drive, and experience to substantially scale the operations over the next 1-2 yearsDemonstrated experience developing and driving strategy for web and digital marketingSubstantial background developing and applying quantitative methods to get resultsSolid marketing technology expertise across web, mobile and other digital channelsDemonstrated excellence in the areas of customer insight development, critical thinking, and product innovationA combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $163,200 -- $316,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
