The Opportunity:Firefly is the new family of creative generative AI models coming to Adobe products that offer a new way to conceptualize, build, and scale content. It’s a natural extension of the technology Adobe has produced over the past 40 years. At the core of Firefly are our commercially safe AI models trained on hundreds of millions of images owned or licensed by Adobe.We are hiring for a critical role to partner with cross-functional teams and uncover key insights via deep dives, build well-designed reports/dashboards, and enable self-service for the broader data-driven community for Firefly to fuel rapid growth.Are you passionate about the intersection of AI & creativity, enabling data-driven decision-making, systems & design thinking, and thriving in a dynamic and innovative environment? What you’ll do:· Enable product, engineering, marketing & growth teams to understand and measure product, business, and customer lifecycle performance via collaboratively setting OKRs, building dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses, and sharing insights to shape strategy and roadmap.· Communicate/present concise and actionable insights through engaging data storytelling to all product and business stakeholders.· Design, create, automate, and maintain reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage and end-to-end customer lifecycle for Adobe Firefly.· Proactively socialize insights, dashboards, and reports with technical and non-technical audiences, soliciting feedback on where to improve.· Collaborate with analytics product managers, data engineers, and other analytics teams at Adobe to help design scalable and future-proof analytics instrumentation and data architecture.· Help groups throughout the broader team design, analyze, and interpret experiments or A/B tests correctly. What you’ll need to succeed:· 4+ years of proficiency in SQL and Python.· 4+ years of experience building well-designed dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software· Strong fundamentals in statistics as well as demonstrated proficiencies in data visualizations.· 3+ years of experience with modern data science workflows on the cloud (Git, Jupyter, Python, AWS, Azure).· Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL-like languages on the cloud (Databricks, Spark-SQL, Airflow).· Experience with analytics for subscription-based online services, including familiarity with concepts such as LTV/user-lifecycle analysis, funnel analysis, etc.· Ability to support multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.· Experience in one or more data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, etc.· Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web/product analytics tool.· Experience with A/B testing and sampling methods.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complicated findings or technical approaches into easy-to-understand data stories.· B.S. or M.Sc. or Ph.D. in an analytical field: statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics, etc. or equivalent practical experience.#FireflyGenAIOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,400 -- $223,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
