It is world-class for its flexibility, extensibility, and ability to cater to a wide range of industries and business sizes.We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead Adobe Commerce Product Operations and drive key end-to-end business operations process. Collaboration, cultivating strong partnership between Commerce teams and key stakeholders, and championing operational efficiency - all with a positive attitude—is crucial for success in this role.Responsibilities You will have a deep understanding of product strategy and operational business needs to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of product roadmap. You will craft, deploy and own processes and practices for efficient engagement, progress transparency, and act as information hub for all collaborators.Partner with Commerce Product Management (PM) leaders and their teams to deliver product strategy and execution of supporting plans, programs, processes, and associated activitiesBuild working relationship across the Commerce business and its ecosystem (10+ global teams) to program manage strategic initiatives, address business issues, define solutions, facilitate approval and implementationDrive semi-annual product roadmap planning and ensure accurate translation into product portfolio review cadence, working in close collaboration with Engineering and Product MarketingOwn release enablement process to ensure readiness against pre-defined set of milestones and requirementsSupport Commerce Business Operations by driving programs such as goal setting, executive product reviews, and pre/post-sales interlocksChampion implementation and adoption of the Digital Experience standard product life-cycle methodology and business processes by facilitating cross-enterprise engagement and alignmentTake a portfolio view of all plans to prioritize activities, optimize outcomes and accelerate deliveryWhat you'll need to be successful 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional operational programs in tech-industry, working with product management, product marketing and engineering teamsExceptional program management skills (PMP or similar certification highly desirable) with experience designing processes, driving adoption and leading change managementExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologyExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with bias towards customer-and-data-first decision making approachExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way with shown capabilities of engaging with people at all levels of the organizationProven history of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectivesProficiency in Wiki, Jira, SharePoint, Workfront, and MS Office tools preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
